TRAINING W/PROCTORED PRINT EXAM

This class is generally an intense one-day course that will give you personal support and  will cover food safety issues, regulations, and techniques to maintain a safe food environment. Additionally, you will learn the following: How to Prevent Foods from Becoming Unsafe Cross-Contamination Prevention Effects of Improper Hygiene on food Receiving and Storage Sanitary Facilities Pest Management Food Safety Regulations and Standards and much more!

TRAINING W/PROCTORED ONLINE EXAM

All purchases of the ServSafe® Manager Online Course are final. Prior to purchasing, please review the technical system requirements to ensure this program will work with your computer configuration. Once you begin the course, you will have 90 days to complete it, at which time the course will be deactivated. Benefits: Self- Paced Study Redesigned with a new interface for intuitive navigation Audio text that allows the learner to read along with the content Interactive activities that allow the learner to practice real-life situations Three random post-tests with 60 questions to help prepare students for the Certification Exam Based upon a new JTA and the 2013 FDA Food Code Must supply own computer (TABLETS CAN BE USED BUT NOT SUGGESTED) with internet access. You will know if you pass or fail that day. Score is available within 24 hours online and Certificate within 10 – 15 calendar days of exam date via U.S. Mail from DMV Food Safety. All examinees must be onsite by 2:30 PM for exam to be proctored at 3:00 pm All purchases of the ServSafe® Manager Online Course are final. With the 24/7 access of online training products, you are always in control of how, where and when employees train. In addition, online exams allow you to access immediate results. SERVSAFE® FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM FOR MANAGERS SELF-STUDY

TRAINING W/PROCTORED ONLINE EXAM

If choosing the self-study option registration must be received two weeks prior to the exam date in order for the book to be shipped from ServSafe to your location by UPS Ground.  This will allow you the appropriate time to review the information.  Price include shipping of the book and proctored online exam. You Have Not Passed previous exams (Must bring letter showing you did not pass if state requires training hours. Please verify regulatory requirements before exam registration.) You have completed online training. (Must bring proof of completing online training if state requires training hours.) Your certificate has not expired and it is not required that you have recertification training by government agency. (Must bring certificate with you.) Completed self study using the ServSafe® Manager Book or Online Course, 7th Edition w/ 2013 FDA Food Code Onsite by 2:30 PM for exam to be proctored at 3:00 pm. Prior to purchasing, please review the technical system requirements to ensure this program will work with your computer configuration (Courses & Exams may not be smartphone or or tablet compatible) and meet regulatory requirements.                                                                                                                       $225.00    *All Classes are Non-refundable, yet the payment is transferable to schedule another class within 6-months from the original class date. Participants must register and pay for the exam in advance.  A 48-hour advance notice is required to re-schedule an exam day to avoid a $60 NO SHOW fee. ServSafe Exams Only: Retaking a Failed Proctored Online or Print Exam: $100 Students who do not pass the exam can take a re-test once within 30 days.  If a student doesn't pass a second attempt, they must wait 60 days from the most recent attempt before taking the exam again. Re-test are offered on the same dates as the full ServSafe class or can be scheduled.  Attendees should report no later than 1:30 pm.
